T.L. These cookies are a delightful blend of simplicity and flavor.They manage to evoke a sense of nostalgia and comfort. The cookies were soft, cakey and my favorite part was dunking them in Oat milk.

U.K. I love the chunks of toffee in these cookies. I normally don’t love pecan cookies but these ended up surprising me! Perfect texture with the chunks of pecans and toffee.
