This is a fantastic cookie! Has just the right mix of pecans and toffee...gives the cookie a little crunch but still allows the cookie dough to shine through.
Before my first bite, I was a little worried that the cardamon would overpower the flavor, but that was not the case at all. This is a perfectly balanced, well executed recipe. If you are looking for a unique flavor that stands out amongst all the usual goodies, this is the perfect cookie for you!

Not many people in my family enjoy oatmeal cookies but everyone LOVED these! They are so fresh and delicious, like all of their cookies.
Sarina went the extra mile with this cookie! It delivers on having a ton of Reeses Pieces in each cookie which makes me oh so happy as a Cookie Monster! :) What makes this cookie so decadent is the support cast of peanut butter that she added to the batter that elevates this cookie to the next level of yumminess. I'm getting Reeses candy in every bite with the peanut butter taste of the cookie! The Perfect Match!
These date brownie bites were absolutely amazing!!! I'm usually not a fan of sugar free foods, but these have changed my mind. None of the people I shared with believed me that they were sugar free until I showed them the website and the packaging.
